“Junior Zoo Keeper Experience ”

I just want to say a big thank you to Bristol zoo for making my daughters day. The experience exceeded all expectations and was really worth the money. My daughter hand fed one of the Penguins and threw the fish in for the rest, went behind the scenes to the feeding areas, prepared food, fed the meerkats, fed the tropical birds and fed and cleaned out hissing cockroaches and African snails! As well as these animals whilst walking around Mel ( the junior zoo keeper host ) told us lots of information and facts about all the animals and pointed out where all the new baby animals were which was great as we managed to find them once the experience was finished. My daughter didn't want the experience to end and Said Mel was the best zoo keeper she has met! Thank you again Bristol zoo and Mel! Would recommend to any animal loving children out there!!

“Junior keeper experience ”

For our daughters 12th birthday we paid for her to have junior keeper experience she had a fantastic time feeding the lemurs, meerkats, and the sea lions . And meeting other animals in the educational school.
The lady who showed my daughter around was fantastic, full of experience. Knowledge and very kind .
Well done Bristol zoo fantastic opportunity to give as a gift .
Worth every penny.

“Junior keeper experience - fantastic!!!”

Bought this experience for my daughter's 8th birthday as she is animal crazy! We didn't really know what to expect as we hadn't been to Bristol Zoo for a couple of years.
We had a brilliant day!! The zoo is great!! The enclosures had been modernised a lot since we were there last, and it was a lovely place to walk around.
As part of her experience she prepared food for bugs and got a chance to a handle them! Food was prepared and given the meerkats, the spitting fish were fed, and probably the highlight was going into the penguin enclosure and feeding the penguins! This was a magical day for my daughter and I can't praise the staff enough.
I can't wait to go back!!
